This years confirmation cards are 14.9cm square cards accompanied by handmade envelopes. Since getting a We R Memory Keeper Envelope Punch Board I have been having so much fun making everything folded, standard envelopes, mini ones, big ones, stamped and decorated ones and then there are the boxes. The possibilities are endless, but I digress.
The cards in question are available in either blue or pink, I am planning a purple and possibly a turquoise one shortly. The dove feature is Glitzcraft glitter paste applied with a palette knife, the colours are achieved by combining silver paste with blue and pink pastes, there are two designs of doves. The silver cross is die cut from glitter card and attached to varied sizes of labels in complimentary colours, the labels are either of card or of tinted vellum.
The name of the child, the date and place of the confirmation ceremony are detailed on the front of the card providing a very personal touch.
I have also designed mini thank you cards in corresponding colours, with handmade envelopes to match.😉
